What cookies and local storage are
A cookie is a small text value a website stores through the browser. Local storage is browser storage that can retain a value between visits. Tokaj Grove uses these technologies for form security and to remember privacy settings.

Necessary
Technologies required for basic site functions, security, the enquiry form and the storage of your privacy preference. Necessary functionality remains on.
Analytics
A separate permission category for analytics technologies that measure and help understand use of the website.
Marketing
A separate permission category for advertising and marketing technologies.
Default-denied behaviour
Before you make a choice, optional consent signals are set to denied. Necessary functionality continues to work. The enquiry form does not depend on Analytics or Marketing consent.
Google Consent Mode v2 signals are initialised with analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization denied. A saved choice updates the relevant signals: Analytics controls analytics storage, and Marketing controls advertising storage, user-data and personalisation signals.
Your controls
- Accept all grants both optional categories.
- Reject all keeps both optional categories denied.
- Settings lets you control Analytics and Marketing independently.
- Cookie settings in the footer reopens the panel and shows the current state.
You can also clear cookies and local storage through browser settings. Clearing the consent preference causes the site to ask for your choices again.
Why this panel is used
Tokaj Grove has chosen a privacy-first consent architecture. This policy does not state that New Zealand law requires an EEA-style cookie banner.
Changes
The table above is updated when the website’s actual browser storage changes. A material change to the consent arrangement will use a new consent version and request your choices again.
